Amherst Mews offers several different floor plans ranging from 2500 to over 3300 square feet in size and additional space in the lower level when finished. The Amherst Mews Birkdale I and II models offer first floor master bedrooms, whereas other models such as the Fairmont and Edgewood, offer contemporary open floor plans. Beacon Manor

Beacon Manor, built approximately in 1997 by Matzel & Mumford, features 29 luxurious four to six bedroom homes on large 2 to 4 acre lots. Beacon Manor feautures large open family rooms, gourmet kitchens, upscale trim and a variety of amenities throughout. Some of the Beacon Manor homes offer pools and others have lots that will accommodate a pool if desired. Carlisle
